We are university and high school students from Lubbock who are passionate about math and benefiting the community.
Founder, Co-Manager, and Mathcounts Head Coach
Austin is a sophomore at Lubbock High, who does primarily math and some science. In his freshman year, he’s participated in Lubbock High’s science bowl, AMC, and National Astronomy Olympiad, in which he got 57th place. He enjoys making music and playing Tetris in his free time.
Co-Manager and Website Manager
Helene is a senior at Lubbock High. As a sophomore, she was on the Lubbock High Octathlon team and had won awards for the art and science categories at the regional level. She is the captain of the LHS esports team and enjoys playing video games and baking in her free time.
Co-Manager and MS UIL Calculator Coach
Alfonzo is a sophomore at Lubbock High and studies primarily math. When he was in middle school, he went to UIL state for calculator three years in a row.
Mathcounts Coach and AMC Head Coach
Bill is a sophomore at Lubbock High who does primarily math. In his freshman year, he’s qualified for and participated in the AMC and AIME and has gone to UIL state in middle school.
High School UIL Math Head Coach
Tony is a sophomore at Lubbock High, who does primarily math and some science. In his freshman year, he’s participated in UIL, competing in Math, NS, Calculator, and Science.
